Cooking Your Whole Grass Fed Beef Fillet:
remove your fillet from the fridge 30 mins prior to cooking to come to room temperature and dry it well.
preheat an oven to 200°C
Heat a large skillet on a medium high heat and season your steak well with salt and pepper. Add some oil to the pan and lightly brown the fillet on all sides.
Place in the oven and cook for 8- 12 minutes for the perfect rare fillet.
rest well for at least 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
