Cooking Your Grass Fed Beef Denver Steak:
Preheat a skillet on a medium high heat. Whilst this is heating dry and lightly season your steaks well with salt and pepper. Add a small amount of high smoke point oil to the pan and lay your steak away from you into it.
Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each flat side and brown all around. Remove from the pan
Allow to rest for the steak to become tender and slice across the grain. Season on top with flaky sea salt and serve.
