Cooking Your Grass Fed Lamb Mince:

Our lamb mince makes the most delicious classic shepherds pie you can imagine.

Brown off the lamb mince in a casserole dish over a medium high heat. Remove from the pan and sweat down carrots, celery and onions before adding tomato puree, Worcester sauce and red wine. Then add some lamb stock and cover with a lid and throw in a 170°C oven for 3 hours.

remove add to a ceramic roasting dish and cover with mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese before baking for another 45 mins.
