Dry Cured Bacon and Ham

All our bacon and hams are dry cured as we believe strongly this is the key to creating the very best flavour and quality cured meats. All our cured meats are slowly cured and then air dried until they're perfect. 

We use only the bare minimum of ingredients in our cures to showcase the wonderful natural flavours of our produce.
