These burgers are flavoured with dried apricots for sweetness and cut through with the zingy acidity of fresh bramley apple. A little bit of sage and ginger make this the perfect burger that is great on the barbecue, in the pan or even as a breakfast bap.
Absolutely delicious , and really flavoursome . Cooked them on our Big Easy BBQ , with some fresh grated cheese , fresh jalapenos and thinly sliced red onion all in a toasted brioche bun . Bloody heavenly . Porky wonders at their best x
