This semi-hard cheese from Somerset's White Lake Cheese delivers a beautiful balance of creaminess and tang. Made with sheep's milk, Burrow Mump, has a delicate, bloomy rind and a rich, velvety texture.

Washed in local Somerset Cider Brandy, its flavour profile is sweet and nutty with an herbal lift that lingers on the palate. Perfect on its own or paired with fruit-based chutneys for a well-rounded cheese board experience.
