Puckett's Pickles piccalilli is a proper take on the classic British relish. Cauliflower, carrots and shallots are folded into a mustard sauced spiced with turmeric, cumin and coriander. Sharp, crunchy and bright, this is a perfect partner for cold meats, cheeses or pilled into a sandwich.
