Our grass fed beef braising steak requires plenty of very slow cooking to break down the collagen and long strong muscle fibres. These form over a long life on hillside pastures. During this time the flavour develops into the most wonderful rich beefiness.

These steaks are individually portioned and are superb in an ale based sauce.
