This beautiful cut simply wants to be quickly cooked over a high heat and needs barely any cooking at all. when sliced across the grain the tenderloin simply melts in the mouth and the fine grains are barely noticeable.

We perfectly trim and present the tenderloin of the pig for you and this can either be cooked whole or sliced down into little steaks for frying.
