A cultured butter, it is made with raw milk from unique Montbéliarde cattle by Fen Farm in Suffolk.

The cream is slowly cultured to bring out its full, rounded flavour before being churned and lightly salted with British sea salt

The result is this special butter with a rich, nutty flavour and a subtle sharpness.
