Grass-Fed Beef Mince and Onion Pie
This is a proper mince and onion pie, made with care and good ingredients. We prepare the filling on-site using our own grass-fed beef, well aged and full of natural flavour. It's cooked slowly with onions until tender, bringing out a rich sweetness and depth. The gravy is savoury and full bodied, made from scratch using no shortcuts.
The pasty is made using Wildfarmed flour who partner with regenerative farms throughout the UK. This flour brings distinctive character to the crust, which is crisp and golden.
Nothing is added that does not need to be there. It is just honest food done right.
