Dandelions and nettles are amazing superfoods and here they are blended to make the mpost amazing chutney. 

The root of the dandelion is collected cleaned and dried by hand making this chutney a labour of love. These are then combined with prunes, apple cider vinegar and vegetables for a remarkable yet health chutney with a herbal flavour from mint and fennel.

Great with cold meats

didnt know dandelion root was edible. I tested it against a supermarket mango chutney with turkey on Boxing Day and it won hands down. Who would have thought dandelion root could be so tasty , but it’s the way it’s been combined with other things that make it really sing in the mouth. I love it.
