Our grass fed beef minute steaks, or sandwich steaks, make a supreme meal in just a couple of minutes.
Thinly sliced, these steaks need frying in as hot a pan as possible and flipping regularly to get a deep colour on the outside.
Great value, these make for a wonderful, tasty and affordable midweek meal in a hurry.

The key to cooking a perfect minute steak is to ensure that the pan you use is piping hot.
Place the pan over a very high heat and allow to absorb as much of the heat as possible. Add a high smoke point oil to the pan, wait a few seconds to absorb the heat and then add your steaks.
Flip your steaks every 5 seconds to ensure an even cook and remove from the pan after 1 minute max!
Rest for a couple of minutes and serve.
Makes a wonderful steak sandwich.

We aim to pack all deliveries ordered before 12pm next day Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is an additional £4. All deliveries ordered after 12pm Friday are packed Tuesday.
