Our slow grown beef develops a marbling and deep yellow fat from the years they spend on pasture. Our beef cattle are all native breed and grown in a regenerative system.
All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days resulting in superb flavour, texture and exceptional marbling, before being expertly butchered by our skilled artisan butchers.
