Our smoked nitrate free streaky bacon is absolute perfection. The rich fat of the bellies from our pastured pigs and the depth of flavour are simply extraordinary. 

We cure our bacon simply with sea salt molasses sugar. Nothing else. No additives, nothing. This natural bacon means it doesn't keep its pink colour in the pan, but the flavour and texture are just as good.

Actually no better.

We then delicately smoke our bacon with the superb mix of applewood and cherrywood. Applewood bringing a subtle sweetness and fruitiness and cherrywood a rich depth undertone.
