Grass Fed Lamb Roast

Grass Fed Lamb Roast

Being slowly reared on natural pastures produces the most sensational rich yet delicate flavour in our grass fed lamb.

Grass-fed lamb roast offers a rich, tender flavour, perfect for a hearty Sunday dinner. Raised naturally on lush pastures, our lamb delivers superior taste and nutritional benefits.
Their diverse rich diet of grasses, herbs and flowers come through in the flavour of our meat. The soft melting fat and pull apart texture of our lamb shoulder are extraordinary and we put this down to their natural diet.
All our grass fed lamb is briefly hung for optimum texture and flavour before being butchered by our artisan butchers.

Grass Fed Lamb Roast FAQ's

The cuts of lamb most popular for roasting include leg of lamb, lamb shoulder and lamb rack. Each of these cuts offers a unique flavour and tender texture which makes them perfect for a roast dinner.

If you want a tender and flavourful roast, leg of lamb and lamb neck fillet are both fantastic options. For an even richer flavour, we recommend lamb shoulder, perfect for slow cooking with its higher fat content, which melts as it cooks. If you’re planning to impress everyone with an elegant presentation, rack of lamb is an outstanding choice that is also delicious when roasted to medium-rare.

Grass-fed lamb roast has a more pronounced, rich and earthy flavour compared to grain-fed lamb meat.
