Grass Fed Lamb

Grass-Fed Lamb

Natural grass-fed lamb as good as you can get, delivered right to your door.

The Yorkshire Dales is famous for producing some of the highest quality grass-fed lamb in the world. We have scoured the area for the best farmers rearing the most natural and sustainable native breed lamb available.

All our lamb is slowly reared on diverse and sustainably managed pastures, raised in a manner that creates the most delicate and deep, yet complex lamb flavours. Our lambs are free to engage in their natural instincts and spend a long time on their mother which is key to producing high quality flavoursome lamb.

We also manage our sheep in a holistic manner, which means that the wildlife sharing the pasture can thrive alongside our flock, and the fields can flourish. Not to mention, our method of mob grazing with sheep and cattle ensures that the soil and pastures can regenerate efficiently which allows the animals to get the best nutrients from the grass.

Our grass-fed lamb is dry aged briefly to achieve maximum tenderness and flavour before being expertly butchered nose-to-tail using traditional methods.

    Grass-Fed Lamb FAQ's

All lamb is frozen immediately after butchering to preserve its quality and reduce waste. It is delivered in sustainable wool-insulated packaging, keeping it fresh for up to 72 hours. Customers can refreeze the meat upon arrival if necessary. Delivery is tracked and available with free shipping on orders over £50.

Yes, our lamb comes from regenerative farming practices, which help restore ecosystems. Grazing sheep improve pasture health by breaking up dense vegetation, allowing for better biodiversity, including wildflowers and rare herbs. This approach also supports wildlife habitats and reduces the ecological footprint of meat production.

Our grass-fed lamb is slow-grown on regenerative farms in the Yorkshire Dales. The lambs graze on diverse pastures and forage naturally, contributing to a rich flavor profile. The use of traditional breeds and sustainable practices ensures both high-quality meat and environmental benefits.
