Being slowly reared on natural pastures produces the most sensational rich yet delicate flavour in our grass fed lamb. Their diverse rich diet of grasses, herbs and flowers come through in the flavour of our meat. The soft melting fat and pull apart texture of our lamb shoulder
are extraordinary and we put this down to their natural diet.
All our grass fed lamb is briefly hung for optimum texture and flavour before being butchered by our artisan butchers.
