Produced by Andrew Shorrock in Goosnargh, near Preston, this Lancashire Bomb is a distinctive example of traditional cheesemaking.

Matured for 24 months, it develops a rich, full-bodied flavour balanced by a smooth, creamy texture. Each cheese is wrapped in muslin and sealed in black wax, giving it its iconic appearance and helping to preserve its depth of flavour. 

Ideal for a cheeseboard or to enjoy with a glass of red wine, this cheese is a true taste of Lancashire heritage.

The Shorrock family has been crafting Lancashire cheese since 1923, with Andrew continuing the tradition since the 1980s.
