Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese

Made in Yorkshire since 1987 by Judy Bell and her team, this salad cheese offers a local take on the classic Mediterranean style feta.

 Crafted from whole ewe’s milk, each batch is hand-salted to bring out a clean, lemony flavour with a gently crumbly texture. The cheese is matured for a minimum of two weeks to allow the salt to distribute evenly and the flavour to develop naturally.

Versatile and balanced, it’s equally at home in salads, or as part of your favourite dish.

We aim to pack all deliveries ordered before 12pm next day Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is an additional £4. All deliveries ordered after 12pm Friday are packed Tuesday.
