Offal are some of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Our grass fed beef cattle spend their lives grazing the rich, diverse pastures that build such remarkable concentrations of nutrients in them. 

We are proud exponents of the  nose to tail philosophy of eating and fully respecting the animals we butcher. Offal exemplifies this philosophy as an under-utilised and often dismissed food that can be delicious, sustainable and healthy. 

Organ meat is diverse from heart, a muscle and just like a beautiful steak, to liver packed with critical nutrients.
